PROFILE
Perez Pereene is a gospel music minister and songwriter from Bayelsa state, Nigeria. At age 8, he was already ministering in the children choir and transitioned to the church’s choir by age 12.
Pereene finds joy in singing God’s praise. He is known for his contagious and energetic stage presence, vocal dexterity, and engaging dance steps when he ministers. He believes that the power of praise lies in the exaltation of God alone.
In 2014, he started a 24-hour marathon praise. An Interdenominational gathering that brought men, women, young, and old under one roof to offer undiluted worship to God. It lasted for four years. In 2023, the Lord led him to minister on an intrastate tour in Lagos.
On August 2023, He received a divine assignment to raise a praise altar (online) to God, 7 times a day for 31 days (1st August -31st August). In this season, the hearts of many were ignited in praizs and thanksgiving, shifting the focus from making requests to exalting God in the beauty of His holiness.
Through his obedience, lives were changed, transformed, diverse testimonies were recorded, and many were inspired to live a life devoted to praise God.
He is happily married with a beautiful daughter.
